Santani Transform Program
Santani Transform is a fully guided, personalised retreat for guests who arrive with a strong intention to address specific aspects of health or wellbeing.
Your stay begins with a one-on-one consultation, allowing the Santani medical and therapeutic team to understand your current state, lifestyle, and priorities. From this, a tailored daily schedule is created, aligning treatments, movement, rest, and nutrition around your chosen focus.
Each day is shaped with purpose, offering clarity, structure, and expert guidance throughout the experience. This pathway suits those who value depth, direction, and a more immersive engagement with their wellbeing.
- Minimum 3-night wellness stay

Santani Refresh
Santani Refresh is a deeply restorative stay, designed for guests who want to experience the full Santani environment while moving at their own pace.
Each day unfolds gently. You enjoy daily spa or wellness rituals, access to all guided movement and nature experiences, nourishing cuisine, and time to rest, reflect, and reconnect. There is no prescribed schedule. You choose how and when you engage, guided by how you feel rather than by a fixed plan.
This pathway is ideal for those seeking balance, renewal, and enjoyment within a calm, wellness-led setting, where care is present but never directive.
- Full-board gourmet meals: breakfast, lunch & dinner
- Unlimited fresh juices and herbal teas
- Selected cocktails, wines, beers, and spirits from the all-inclusive menu (Available daily from 6:00 PM to 9:00 PM at the bar only)
- Morning and evening group Hatha yoga

- Daily guided nature walk
- Guests may choose one activity per person per day from the options below:
- Guided Kandy city tour, including a visit to the Temple (Timing to be confirmed upon arrival)
- 60-minute Sri Lankan wellness–inspired cooking demonstration (Conducted at the main restaurant)
- One 60-minute spa treatment per person (Choice from a selected treatment menu)
Note: Guests may select only one of the above three activities per day. Activities are not cumulative.

- 4:30 PM – 5:30 PM: Group Hatha Yoga
- 6:00 PM – 9:00 PM: Drinks at the bar
